Atlanta Interfaith Broadcasters oral history interviews
Boyd Lewis framed photograph collection
The Lewis Boyd Photograph Collection contains approximately 86 photographs. Of that number 68 are framed. The photographs are all black and white and are 10 x 8 inches. The collection also includes an issue of the Atlanta Voice that features the photographs of Boyd Lewis.
Civil rights discussion series recordings
The series of recordings of Atlanta Fulton Public Library's Oral history discussion series in 1997 treats the involvement of Atlanta University students in the Civil Rights movement and more specifically in the Atlanta University Student Movement. The former students discussed picket lines, sit-ins, the student leaders, and The appeal for human rights. The speakers also include lawyers who supported the students during their protests.
Fred C. Bennette, Jr. collection
The collection contains photographs, news articles, minutes, and other printed materials which documents Fred C. Bennette's involvement with the Civil Rights Movement in Atlanta.
Georgia African American Historic Preservation Network
The Georgia African American Historic Preservation Network Collection was donated by Elizabeth A. Lyon, a former State Historic Preservation Officer of the Georgia Historic Preservation Division, in recognition of the efforts of the Georgia African American Historic Preservation Network and its program coordinators and projects.
Julian Bond papers
The collection covers the period from 1969 to 1996 and contains correspondence, organizational and institutional material related to the Voter Education Project, Political Associates, and The Southern Elections Fund, stationery, clippings, newsletters, political ephemera, articles and a book written by Julian Bond as well as items relating to the African American political life and Constance Curry's history of race relations and integration in Sunflower County (Miss.), Silver rights.
